ELIGIBILITY SCREENING AND ASSESSMENT COORDINATION
provides a holistic approach for area seniors in determining the level of need for Older Americans Act services.
Information and Referral Assistance Program
assists individuals, families and the community to identify, understand and effectively use the programs that are available in the region.
The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
advocates for residents in long-term facilities by investigating complaints and negotiating on the residents’ behalf to resolve complaints to the residents’ satisfaction.
