Board of Directors
The Trident Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors is an elected body that is legally and ethically responsible for overseeing the management of the organization. The Board determines how the organization will carry out its mission through long and short-range planning and establishes policies and procedures for effective management of the organization. The Board hires and evaluates the performance of the executive director and the overall performance of the organization in achieving the mission.
Trident Area Agency on Aging has a governing Board of Directors, with various backgrounds and experience, who represent all areas of the region. The Board is heavily involved in financial oversight, in policy development and in fundraising. The agency is led by Stephanie Blunt, Executive Director and has two Full Time Employees of additional administrative staff.
